The CD01U is a top-of-the-line full featured CD and MP3 audio player that still manages to fit in only one rack unit! A perfect addition to one of our custom station-in-a-box units, or drop it into your existing setup and experience the power and versatility of professional quality CD playback. Tascam's patented slot-loading transports mean years of trouble-free use! Includes handy features like ±12% pitch control, speed change without pitch shift, auto ready, auto cue, call, track programming and editing, fade-in, fade-out, time switching, event start/stop, eject blocking to prevent accidental ejection during play, and much, much more! 
There are two models available, designed to meet your specific audio configuration. The CD01U features analog stereo unbalanced outputs that are brought out to standard RCA connectors for simple connections to consumer and other unbalanced audio inputs. The CD01UPRO features analog stereo balanced outputs that are brought out to standard balanced XLR connectors for use in broadcast and other professional audio circuits utilizing balanced XLR inputs. In addition, an optical SPDIF digital output is provided. RS232 serial control is provided and is fully compatible with AMX and Crestron remote programming equipment. Operates on 110VAC. 220VAC available as a special order.
